How to book the Community Centre:
- Click on Booking Calendar link to check if the hall is available for the required date and time .
- Click on Booking Form link and read our Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire before completing the online booking form and submitting your request
The Booking Secretary will confirm the booking by email, which will contain the total cost of the booking and the deposit required (at least one third of the total cost). The balance must be paid before the day of the event. Payment can be made by electronic payment (eg. BACS) or by cheque (payable to Horringer Hall Management Committee). The booking confirmation email will give full details of how and where to send any payment.
Please ensure you have read and understood the Standard Terms and Conditions before you book. Once the deposit has been received and cleared, a booking contract is deemed to exist between Horringer Community Council Management Committee and the hirer.
